When Ashish joined Jagran Lakecity University, the institution had the infrastructure, the programs, and the ambition — but lacked the structured admissions architecture needed to convert that potential into consistent enrollment growth. Within 12 months, by rebuilding the admissions funnel, restructuring the outreach system, and aligning the team around clear conversion targets, admissions numbers doubled.
Following the success at Jagran Lakecity, Ashish brought the same systematic approach to IFIM Institutions in Bengaluru. Working with a more complex institutional setup — multiple colleges under one umbrella — he once again restructured the admissions process, rebuilt team performance, and delivered a 2× growth in admissions within a single year.
RV University was a new institution setting up its admissions and outreach function from the ground up. Ashish was brought in to architect the entire system — from admissions processes and team structure to building a national and international organic network. The result: enrollment targets of 2500+ were achieved, with a sustainable network foundation built for continued growth.
Working directly from the Office of the Vice Chancellor at O.P. Jindal Global University, Dr. Divya was tasked with building a personal brand for Dr. C Rajkumar — one of India's most respected education leaders. The engagement included complete personal brand strategy, a dedicated website, and the launch of his podcast — establishing him as a visible, authoritative voice in India's higher education conversation.
IFIM had grown into a cluster of colleges — each with its own identity, communication style, and audience perception. Dr. Divya led the brand integration project that brought all IFIM colleges under a single, unified brand: IFIM Institutions. This was a complex exercise in brand architecture, stakeholder alignment, and communication strategy — resulting in a coherent, future-ready institutional identity.
As Deputy Director – Communications at IES Bangalore, Dr. Divya currently manages the complete digital, branding, and communications function across IES and its full portfolio of sub-brands — simultaneously, end-to-end. This is multi-brand ecosystem management at its most complex, and it runs every day.
